REFUNDS AND RETURNS
Faulty items should be returned in the original packaging within 14 days for replacement or refund. Return postage will be refunded to the card used for original purchase.
Unwanted items should also be returned in the original packaging within 14 days for refund. Please note return postage for unwanted items will NOT be refunded.
DELIVERY
Customers ordering from outside the UK are responsible for all Duty and Customs charges due in their home country. Charges are made in UK Pounds and exchange rates can vary. Some credit card providers make an additional charge for purchases made outside the home country.
