Sorry if you have been having trouble reaching us on the telephone this week, but our supplier tried to improve our service with a new app and it has had the opposite effect. Hopefully the problem will be resolved shortly.

We conduct our business completely online and mail order now. The retail shop has now closed. Look out for new announcements for 2022 releases on our website store which remains open 24hr each day out the year. Shipping times will vary and supplies from some countries will certainly take longer to arrive.

During the current Royal Mail industrial dispute we are trying to get parcels out as quickly as we can but we cannot guarantee early delivery. We are using alternative carriers where possible but they too are very busy and cannot give delivery timing guarantees.

Visit our NEW Sale & Clearance Offer section which now includes our Scratch & Dent section for damaged models and Bad Box section for items which are mint but have damaged packaging. This section of our website includes sale price items but also includes model railway and aircraft final clearance models.

We do not pick up text messages, Email contact is recommended as an alternative. Christmas order deadline for items not in stock was December 4th. Christmas & New |Year |Opening hours are as follows - Closed 23rd Dec - 27th Dec, Open 28th, 29th Dec, Closed 30th Dec - 5th January. Emails will be monitored between Christmas and New Year but we cannot always get updates from our suppliers as most are closed from Christmas until January.

FALKIRK SWAPMEET ANNOUNCEMENT - We can now confirm that for personal reasons we are no longer able to organise the Swapmeet. The Hamilton Toy Collection in Callander and Iain McAulay of Leven Valley Trains, two of our longstanding traders have gone into partnership to launch a new Swapmeet. Due to circumstances beyond their control, the venue in Falkirk was no longer suitable. With their wish to continue the Swapmeet in the same friendly spirit and in a similar type of venue, we can now reveal details of the Callander Toy Fair.
