Online prices are only available when booking through this website. Our website currency convertor facility can only provide an approximate guide and charges are made in GB Pounds.

No special order forms are needed. You may order by letter, phone or online through this website.

If the item(s) you order are not in stock we will make every effort to obtain the item(s) from our suppliers as quickly as possible and no charges will be made to card details provided, until the item arrives, is quality checked and ready to despatch

The Company reserves the right to make changes to products and services as and when necessary. Prices on 'Pre-Order' items will change if the manufacturer alters the price prior to release. Pre-Order items where the manufacturer has yet to confirm actual prices may be shown on our website at £0.01 to allow pre-orders to be placed, but the actual price will be recorded when available. You can cancel the pre-order if you are not happy with the final price. The Company reserves the right to cancel an order up to the point of shipping under some circumstances.

All goods will be dispatched by 2nd class delivery. First Class and Special delivery can be arranged at an additional cost. Heavy low cost items may be charged at a higher postage rate, and extra charges may apply to orders from outside the UK. Look at our shipping information section for full details. If you are ordering an 'available to order' item, the model will be sent as soon as it is available. Please allow up to 28 days for delivery.
